Together with Soccer Shop KAMO, we delivered the assembly-type football ‘BALL KIT’ to the Fukuoka Children’s Home, a child welfare facility in Fukuoka Prefecture.
This marks the fifth installment of the LONG PASS PROJECT, an initiative in which Soccer Shop KAMO uses a portion of the sales from Molten products to deliver the assembly-type football ‘BALL KIT’ to various facilities.
On November 22, we visited the Fukuoka Children’s Home, a child welfare facility in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, to provide a football experience for the children.
Staff members from Soccer Shop KAMO Fukuoka and Kamo Co., Ltd. Kyushu Sales Division also joined the support activity. Together with many children, they assembled the BALL KITs and enjoyed physical activities using the balls.
The staff members actively reached out to children who needed help, and it was impressive to see many of the kids—holding their newly completed balls—approach the staff to ask for autographs. To the children, the staff seemed like heroes who had brought them a truly special experience.
In the end, the children split into groups to play games, and everyone was able to enjoy a truly wonderful day together.

“Thank you for letting us experience making a football today. At one point I got stuck, but the staff around me taught me what to do, so I was able to understand it. It was a short time, but thank you so much. When I watched the juggling (lifting) contest at the end, I thought, ‘I want to be like that someday.’ So please cheer for me.” (5th-grade boy)
Once again, we were able to provide a wonderful experience that gave the children an opportunity to grow. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Soccer Shop KAMO for their support.
